We collect your personal and company information in order to provide you with the best quality customer service and access to our products and services. In addition, we may use your information to advise you of special offers from Store A Box . The information we collect may include personal details such as your name, address, driver’s license number and credit card details. This information will be collected directly from you. Under your (you, the business entity, or other association) storage agreement, you are required to inform us of any changes to your information. You are also required to provide personal details, including the name, address and telephone contact details of another person (your alternate contact person).

Your personal information will never be provided or sold to third parties or removed from our facility premises without your consent. Only select employees of Store A Box who are authorised to handle your information will have access to your records. We will not retain any other information for longer than it is legally required, except with your consent.

The use of your personal information will be limited to: * Verifying your identification * To give access to our products and services * Carrying out our business including research, statistical analysis, accounts management * Fulfilling our legal obligations (e.g. disclosure to law enforcement agencies or law courts)

This right is subject to some exceptions, e.g. you may not obtain access to information relating to existing or upcoming legal proceedings. If you feel information we hold about you is incorrect, please email, write to us of visit our document storage facility where your information is held and speak to the Storage Facility Manager. We will take all reasonable action to ensure inaccuracies do not occur.

Your Authority

By storing with Store A Box, you consent to us maintaining, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with the New South Wales Privacy Act.
