Returns/Refunds

Returns are accepted for any reason, for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided:

• Items returned must be in their original condition;
• Boxes supplied must be returned in the same condition they were sent. The seal, wrapping around the boxes, must still be unopened.

If possible, please include the receipt you received with the order. This will greatly assist in supplying you with a prompt refund or exchange. Items returned more than 14 days after delivery, or in a damaged or un-sellable state will be exchanged/refunded at the supplier’s discretion and possibly at a reduced refund or exchange value.
